Real face of Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate of NA-57 exposed by CPP.

Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate of NA-57, Malik Ameen Aslam Ex-Minister in General Musharraf regime is a Land Grabber says Communist Party.

CPP to file disqualification case against Ameen under Article 62(1)(f) with Election Commission if advised by CPP lawyers team says Engineer Jameel.

(ATTOCK – March 14, 2013)       Central Chairman Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP), Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik said the application of Articles 62 and 63 on the candidates contesting in the coming General Election is now talk of city and frequently being stressed by print and electronic media.

In NA-57 constituency, quite numbers of candidates are contesting the election and out of them, one is the Ex-Minister of General Musharraf Malik Ameen Aslam, who is now a candidate of National Assembly from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He is no doubt a very big feudal lord and a wealthy and rich man of village Shamas Abad in Tehsil Hazro but surprisingly, he has now assumed the role of land grabbers in its own village of Shamas Abad.

Two months back, Malik Ameen Aslam through his front man Samar Abbas sold ten marlas piece of public land in Abadi Deh of village Shamas Abad, which was in use by public nearby Hujrah Mohallah Munshiain and Masjid Zairaat Shah Baba fraudulently, ulterior motives, mala fide intentions and with evil designs to Ahmad Raza son of Faqir Hussain at a price of Rupees Ten Lac.

Whereas the factual position is that neither Malik Ameen Aslam owns ten marlas of land reserved for public use nor he has any possession on that public land. In fact, the ownership of this public land vests in all the residents of village Shamas Abad.

Engineer Jameel, who also is the resident of village Shamas Abad disclosed this very fact that since first settlement of year 1862, the aforesaid piece of public land is being used by public and from year 1862 till the land grabbing and sale of this public land by Ameen, this land is in use by public for various purposes.

And by virtue of entries in Shart Wajib-ul-Urz of village Shamas Abad, none of the original owners like Malik Ameen Aslam or any other person like Samar Abbas and Ahmad Raza has any right to sell or purchase any property out of Abadi Deh land bearing Khasra No. 2301 measuring 226 Kanal of land.

CPP Chairman said that he would soon consult his legal team and seek their advise concerning this land grabbing and thereafter sale of this land by Ameen at a price of Rupees Ten Lac, which is in public use since 1862 and if this land grabbing as per advice of CPP legal team would fall within the definition of ‘Ameen’ vide Article 63(1)(f), the CPP would file a case against Malik Ameen Aslam with Election Commission for its disqualification under Article 62(1)(f).

Engineer Jameel stressed that a big feudal lord like Malik Ameen if has sold his own land, neither the villagers of Shamas Abad nor he has any grievances but the way he has sold the public land, he is really shocked and sad to know all this story.

Article 62(1)(f) says that ‘‘A person shall not be qualified to be elected or chosen as a member of Parliament unless he is honest and ameen.’’
