It may be recalled here that the CPP filed the constitutional petition on 13th April, 2010 which challenges and seeks interpretation of Article 248 concerning the boundaries and conditions of Immunity to President and Prime Minister of Pakistan from the Supreme Court and on yesterday 23rd of October, 2014 it was admitted for hearing.
