DISCRIMINATION BY SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN. Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) is very partial now days. SC has fixed the petition of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri filed a day before but our party petition of CPP by Chairman Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik, which was filed on 6th of February, 2013 in SC against Qadri was not fixed. Is this justice whom we are getting now from Independent Judiciary?
