JI, CPP demand strict action against Altaf as reported by Nation!

The leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami and the Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) have said that the anti Pakistan statements of MQM chief Altaf Hussain have proved that his party belongs to Indian secret agency RAW and is an enemy of Pakistan.

JI Punjab Ameer Dr Wasim Akhtar said, “Altaf Hussain’s statements and speeches against Pakistan, its Army and other departments proved his treason to the country. As long as the government does not ban his speeches and put an end to the MQM’s extortion culture, target killing cannot be stopped,” he said.

For the last 27 years, the MQM has made the City of Lights a place of darkness. He said that one British citizen was continuously threatening Pakistan and its armed forces and other departments and now there is a need that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should take this issue with British government directly in accordance with the Article 6 of the Constitution. He also demanded that the MQM’s leader should be arrested through Interpol and brought to Pakistan.

He said that Altaf Hussain’s statement was an attack on Pakistan’s sovereignty which should not be neglected. Karachi Operation should continue until the last terrorist is arrested; the whole world knows that in operation on Nine-Zero, fugitive target killers, extorters and other criminals involved in serious crimes were arrested. Upon recovering of NATO’s stolen weapons from Nine-Zero, Babar Ghauri should be included in the investigation, he demanded.

This is the need of time that enemies of the state hiding under the cover of Altaf Hussain and MQM should be brought to justice and strict action be taken against them so that peace can be restored in Karachi, he said. Likewise, Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) Chairman Jameel Ahmad condemned the Altaf Hussain’s statement inviting NATO forces to come to Pakistan and launch an operation against the sovereignty and integrity of the country.

He said that his address to the MQM’s Annual Convention in the US city of Dallas via telephone is tantamount to waging war against the country and the purpose of such a speech was to bring a bad name to Pakistan and its all institutions. The CPP chairman said that the sarcastic poems were also read against the armed forces of Pakistan and accusations were leveled against the army at the time when the Army is under the command of Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif are fighting against terrorists and doing their duties as per the Constitution of Pakistan.

“Altaf’s hate-inciting speeches made from London have crossed limits of all the principles, laws and regulations and the demand for a separate province for Mohajirs is also not justified. The speeches made from MQM’s London Office from time to time are conspiracy against the sovereignty and integrity of our country, as he invited foreign forces and India to interfere in Pakistan’s internal matters,” he said.

Altaf Hussain is not in senses as the noose around him is being tightened over Dr Imran Farooq murder case and the money-laundering case filed in London, he said and added that in frustration, he is venting his anger on Pakistan.
