CPP challenges ‘Military Courts’ in Supreme Court.

(ATTOCK – PR- January 19, 2015) Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) challenges the ‘military courts’ and 21st Constitutional and Pakistan Army Amendment Act, 2015 in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
