Dear friends! In my opinion and in our party opinion, the reference against Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa was filed by the Troika and by the Troika, I mean military establishment, PTI Chairman and now Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan and MQM Barrister Farough Naseem in collaboration with each other and the reasons behind the reference was the decision of Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa which he along with other judges of Supreme Court has given in Faizabad Dharna case led by Maulana Khadim Hussain Rizvi in which the Justice Qazi Isa exposed and bitterly and severely criticized the double role of the intelligence agencies of our country.
I think, this reference would be rejected either by the Supreme Judicial council or by the 10 Judges of SC after hearing on the grounds of malice, biasness and frivolous one and without any proof of corruption of Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa, the Troika maliciously and illegally moved the reference under the Article 209 of the Constitution of Pakistan, 1973.
Even, otherwise, what is now left after the wife Serena Isa of Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa recorded her video link statement and given all her money trail and documents of her own and inheritance property before the Bench of 10 Judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan headed by Mr. Justice Umar Ata Bandial.
She declared that she bought everything in UK with her own income and after selling her inheritance property; the Troika maligned a good, upright, competent and honest judge Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa which is a shameful and condemnable act of the Troika says the Chairman of the Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) Engineer Jameel Ahmad Malik in his vehemently concluding remarks.
